La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Internationale de G\u00e9n\u00e9tique Animale<\/a> (ISAG) d\u00e9finit la m\u00e9thode et l’ensemble des marqueurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques utilis\u00e9s au niveau international pour v\u00e9rifier la filiation des animaux. Pour les chiens, deux syst\u00e8mes<\/strong> sont actuellement en place: ISAG 2006<\/strong> et ISAG 2020<\/strong>. Ils ne sont PAS interchangeables. Le syst\u00e8me ISAG 2006 sera progressivement abandonn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>

ISAG 2006<\/h3>\n

Cette s\u00e9rie utilise 21 marqueurs STR<\/strong> (Short Tandem Repeats), de courts morceaux d’ADN qui se r\u00e9p\u00e8tent et dont la longueur totale peut varier d’un individu \u00e0 l’autre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un profil ISAG 2006 valide<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • est facile \u00e0 lire<\/strong>, tous les chiffres doivent \u00eatre lisibles sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9;<\/li>\n
  • d\u00e9crit les all\u00e8les des marqueurs<\/strong> sous la forme d’un nombre<\/strong> (par exemple 220\/224). Le marqueur AMELOGENIN peut \u00eatre indiqu\u00e9 comme X\/X ou X\/Y (ou Y\/X); <\/li>\n
  • contient 22 (y compris FH2054) ou 21 marqueurs (\u00e0 l’exclusion de FH2054) se compose d’au moins 20 marqueurs avec r\u00e9sultat<\/strong> (\u00e0 l’exclusion de FH2054).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ISAG 2020<\/h3>\n

    Cette s\u00e9rie utilise 230 marqueurs SNP<\/strong> (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism), des nucl\u00e9otides uniques situ\u00e9s \u00e0 des endroits bien d\u00e9finis du g\u00e9nome et r\u00e9partis sur tous les chromosomes, qui peuvent diff\u00e9rer d’un individu \u00e0 l’autre. L’ensemble se compose de deux panels, un panel standard dont les marqueurs sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le tableau ci-dessous et un panel d’extension (non illustr\u00e9) utilis\u00e9 pour la filiation lorsque le panel standard ne fournit pas une certitude suffisante et pour le calcul de la variation g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et des coefficients de consanguinit\u00e9<\/strong>.
