Il y a toujours du <strong>bruit<\/strong> en arri\u00e8re-plan, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019il y a toujours un signal (faible) qui n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec ce qui est recherch\u00e9. C\u2019est le cas de toute technique de mesure, et avec la PCR, c\u2019est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019<strong>une liaison non sp\u00e9cifique des primers et de la sonde<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec la PCR, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne n&rsquo;est pas sans cons\u00e9quence . Apr\u00e8s tout, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une technique d\u2019amplification, une m\u00e9thode de mesure qui amplifie syst\u00e9matiquement le signal. Pas simplement amplifi\u00e9, mais exponentiellement amplifi\u00e9.
