De cette fraction, le mat\u00e9riel g\u00e9n\u00e9tique est extrait dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c\u2019est un peu moins. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En d\u2019autres termes, au cours des manipulations du patient au tube \u00e0 essai beaucoup de mat\u00e9riel est perdu ou non utilis\u00e9. La sensibilit\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter 1 \u00e0 10 particules n\u2019est pas excessive car 1 particule dans le tube \u00e0 essai peut signifier un multiple chez le patient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La question: <em>\u201cY a-t-il un lien entre la valeur CT et le nombre de particules infectieuses pr\u00e9sentes chez le patient?\u201d<\/em> elle n\u2019est donc pas si simple \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre. En th\u00e9orie, on pouvait compter en arri\u00e8re, mais le r\u00e9sultat d\u00e9pend fortement de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon, de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019extraction du mat\u00e9riel g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9action PCR.
