Fructosamine – Glucose

Fructosamines zijn eiwitten (in hoofdzaak albumine) waar glucose op onomkeerbare wijze aan gebonden is. De concentratie ervan weerspiegelt de bloedglucoseconcentratie over de afgelopen weken en is daarmee een tool in de opvolging van diabetes mellitus.
